Conference in which the results of the project Gastronomy and Health will be presented. The project has been promoted and funded by HUBc, the health campus of international excellence in the field of the UB.

The project has been co-developed by the Research Group on Applied Nutrition (GRNA), from the Food and Nutrition Campus of the UB, the University School of Tourism (CETT) and the Alícia Foundation
